Cassondra Vanholland: Philosophy means, literally, the 'love of knowledge', but, in the corruption of the ages, has been used to mean 'thoughts', 'ideas', or 'pensees'- the Philosophy of Kant, for example, means the thoughts of Kant, or, as the 'way of life', 'action', or 'modes of doing'- as the Artistic Philosophy of Steinbeck come to mean 'the Aesthetics thoughts of Steinbeck, as can be derived from his texts.'
