We have clients that have small businesses and the ones that have there business organized on quickbooks at year end or quarterly time are A TON easier then the ones who bring in a box full of papers. Also if you need to look back it VERY helpful to have it on a computer. Take the time to set yourself up! Plus I don't know about other accountants but at my job if you bring in a huge box full of your years worth of receipts etc we charge extra to do what could of been done all year:) hope that helps ya:)...Show more
