does diet contribute in acne breakouts?

As long as you are eating the right nutrients and vitamins, chocolate bars and other candy should not cause you to break out. Maryland Gareau: Some say yes, some say no. I dont know what the actual clinical data says. I say its def not the only cause or contributing factor, but probably plays a role. I never really tracked it as a teen. However as an adult I can tell you that I have breakouts when eating a lot of greasy foods.
