Brenton Cornwall: CAA makes a rail system with a couple of rails that extend up and out along the front sight...i don't think anyone else makes something like what you are looking for...but may be wrong...why not just but a rifle length rail on it with a low profile gas block and then a BUIS front sight from a quality maker...would probably be cheaper in the long run
