Salvatore Walls: I don't know of a way of doing that either, but you could manually shutdown the wifi on the router, then activate it again in the morning. What about remote control of the machine, whe! re you log into it and shut it down manually, like logmein.com. If you want to just set a time in stone, you can do that with Vista. William Vickerman: Naw you cant shut it down.You can disconnect the internet from the router just long enough to annoy him.You could install VNC and set it to shutdown on close with accept anything checked off and a password. That way you can log on, see if he is doing anything nasty and then, when you disconnect, you can shut his laptop down. Simple.
