Ninfa Aronica: Two things.1. You can sell it with MN plates/registration, etc. No problem at all there. No extra paperwork needed, or anything. 2. This will force the new buyer to go through the hassle of getting it registered, which may involve an emissions test, paying for out of state ad valorem fees, etc.At this point, it's up to you whether to register it or not. As a car buyer, I would much rather buy a car already registered to my state, because it means less money and time I have to invest.But it's also cheaper for you, not to do so. So, a toss up between you saving money, and you possibly making the sale go easier....Show more
