Marcellus Exler: If you have Verizon they sell a "music essentials" kit that makes it easy for the technophobe to transfer music. Otherwise, all you need is a card reader for the microSD card, insert the card reader in the computer, it should install itself(if you're on XP) and then it will show up as another drive in My Computer. You can drag and drop your mp3s onto that drive, then insert the card in the phone, and you're set. Of course, this is always easier said than done!
Antonia Boomershine: You will either need a "card reader" to plug the card into your PC, or a special cable to connect your phone directly to the PC (does it not come with one? that's a bit cheap of them!)PS. You get a thumbs up for having the best name in the world.
