Janeen Perona: I don't know about El Paso specifically, but I DO know that Texas has a very large, THRIVING vegan and animal rights community. I used to be a member of a social site (that just disappeared for some reason) called crueltyfree.com and there were SO many compassionate people from Texas. You probably won't have to look far at all.
