Shena Etulain: why don't you just cut out dairy, eggs, and corn from your diet? why do you feel the need to call yourself a vegetarian? it's just a label really. dairy, eggs, and corn are not good for the body, and that's probably why you have those issues. it would do you good to cut that stuff out, and replace it with healthy things of course, but no need to have to call yourself a veggie.being a vegetarian or vegan is a lot of the time just about eating healthy, whole foods. you would eat things like beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and lots of fruits and veggies. you could still do a healthy diet like that and eat beef and chicken now and then....Show more
Angel Klym: It a lot less complicated to be a vegetarian, because i'm also slowly progression as a lot as veganism. I combine both, so as that i visit get used to vegan nutrition! . Breakfast: Any entire grain cereal (Weetabix, Shredded Wheat) with alpro soya milk, any type of fruit and glass of unpolluted juice. Lunch: Soy meat burger, discovered at maximum supermarkets (only seem close to the beef area, and there must be an aisle with fake meat) with lettuce and tomatoes on a bun, alpro soya yogurt and a pitcher of water. Dinner: Baked potato with beans/vegetables, and piece of fruit. that's only a familiar day, and many of the flaws listed are vegan, except perchance the bread. you'll only might want to envision the nutritional info on the back of the product. maximum issues are vegetarian, yet to save time on vegan products (many ingredients contain dairy) only ask someone on the save in the adventure that they could help, because there'll be a area someplace in the food market that's designed for persons with hypersensitive reactions and particular nutritional needs....Show more

It would be much healthier to cut out all meat because meat is hard to digest, causes bloating, wind and indigestion. Try being a vegan for a few months and see how much healthier you will feel.
Serita Hefferon: If you eat chicken and beef you are NOT a vegetarian, and certainly not a vegan. You can still eat healthy but you wont be able to call yourself a vegetarian. Titles really aren't all that important anyway so just focus on being healthy.By the way, if you want to be vegan, you can't ea! t dairy or eggs anyway so if you were to cut out the meat, you would be one. I think you can do it!! Just need to research the dietary restrictions more. People ask me, wtf do you eat if you can't eat meat!?!? I say... everything lol. You aren't really cutting that much out honestly....Show more
Maria Devenney: Lol seriously? If you eat beef or chicken you're not a vegetarian. If you need to alter your diet for health reasons, see a dietician due to your digestive issues, and then work out a plan. But unless it includes no animal flesh, it's not a vegetarian diet.
