Your most favorite recipe of all time?

Ollie Hamiel: I don't have just one favorite recipe of all time, but here are some that I enjoy:1. Iceburg lettuce salad: wedge salad topped with homemade blue cheese dressing, chunks of blue cheese, a drizzle of balsamic vinagrette, with grape tomatos and bacon bits.2. Chopped salad: baby greens, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, sliced ripe pears, crumbled bacon and Champagne Vinagrette.3. Pork Chops and Macaroni and Cheese: 4 bone-in pork chops, not too thick, seasoned with fresh ground pepper and seasoned salt; 2 boxes macaroni and cheese, 1 3oz package of cream cheese; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 T yellow mustard, 1/2 cup half and half, 3 T real butter, 1 yellow onion. Saute chops in hot oil until golden on both sides. Remove from pan and drain. Cut onion into thin slices and saute over medium heat until translucent. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions and add cream cheese, mustard, and half and half. Spread in baking dish. Sp! rinkle with cheese and top with pork chops. Divide onions between chops and cover. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked thru and bubbling.4. Mashed potatos: 4 large yukon gold potatos, 1 box organic chickne broth, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper, 3 T butter, 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
