In a medium bowl whisk together the flours, soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In another bowl beat together eggs and melted butter, ! and then add the buttermilk. Michal Semple: the only thing that is different in pancake mixes and waffle mixes is that the eggs are separated...whites are whipped and then folded into the batter for waffles.giving it a crispy crust....
